Request MCDC Funds

All expenditures are tracked by the MCDC treasurer and must be reported to the state Board of Elections. To help us track our expenditures, we have developed this simple form for requesting MCDC funds.

NOTE: Completing the form does not guarantee that funds will be allocated, as all requests (even under $200) are subject to approval by MCDC leadership. All requests for funding must be done through this form - no exceptions.
