Running For Office
The Madison County Democratic Committee supports candidates for local, county, and state elected office. The fundraising events we sponsor are used to raise funds to help us meet this objective; additional funds are provided by the state Democratic Committee to support expenses not used to support a specific candidate or campaign.
All expenditures are tracked by the MCDC treasurer and must be reported to the state Board of Elections. To help us track our expenditures, we have developed this simple form for requesting MCDC funds.
NOTE: Completing the form does not guarantee that funds will be allocated, as all request (even under $200) are subject to approval by MCDC leadership. All requests for funding must be done through this form - no exceptions.
